With 30+ years behind the chair at top London salons like Trevor Sorbie and Brooks & Brooks, I bring serious experience – and an even deeper curiosity. A lifelong questioner, I’m obsessed with the “why” behind hair colour, blending science, chemistry, and real-world practice to elevate the craft.
Frustrated by the surface-level education in most salons, I carved my own path – studying outside the industry and building a unique, science-driven approach to colour.
Now based by the sea with my trusty dog Seymour, I run Chaulk Education – a no-fluff, brand-neutral platform that simplifies colour theory and helps hairdressers level up with confidence and clarity.
